JinHui retaining adhesives can be used for non-threaded cylindrical metal assemblies, can increase the shear strength of press fits and slip fits.
JH680 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts. The largest bond gaps can approach 0.25mm. It cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It is used for retaining cylindrical axle and bushing, wheel bearing or for refitting worn shafts, housing and keyway etc.

JH680 is 100% reactive anaerobic colophony, which can be cured under room temperature. It begins to cure after one part is inserted into another part and the air between parts is piled out. It has high shear strength resistance and can prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
The JH680 speed of curing can be slowed down when the temperature is lower than 15°C or using on inactive metal surface. Activator JH7649 can help cure speed.
l For best results, please clean all surfaces with cleaning solvent JH755 and allow to drying.
l For slip fitted assemblies, apply product JH680 around the leading edge of the pin and the inside of the collar, then rotate the pin when is assembled to ensure good coverage.
l For press fitted assemblies, apply adhesive thoroughly to both bond surfaces and assemble at high press.
l For shrink fitted assemblies, the adhesive should be coated onto the pin, and the collar should then be heated to create sufficient clearance for free assembly.
l The bonded parted should not be disturbed until sufficient handling strength is achieved.
l It should be kept in an unopened container in a cool and dry location. Optimal storage: 8°C to 21°C. Storage below 8°C or greater than 28°C cam adversely affect product properties.
l Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not return product to the original container.
